It's health care given when you need skilled nursing or skilled therapy to treat, manage, and observe your condition, and evaluate your care.
Our facility offers physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. We also offer antibiotic therapy, tele-health service (mental health services, and PEG tube therapy. Skilled therapy is an alternative to staying at a nursing facility full time, and often times the resident leaves after successful rehabilitation.
